Production

Allow approximately 3–7 business days for printing before dispatch. Busy periods can take longer.

Delivery

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery and the final cost are shown at checkout. Tracking is sent when the order leaves production.

Problems

If a shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrectly labelled, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. Manufacturing-error claims should reach us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

Contact us before returning anything. Statutory consumer rights always apply. Because colour, logo, ink and wear are selected for each order, the right of withdrawal may be limited for combinations made to your specifications where applicable law allows.
