Damaged, defective or misprinted

Send clear photographs and a description as soon as possible. Valid manufacturing-error claims are replaced or refunded without charging you for the error.

Change of mind

Statutory consumer rights apply. Because each shirt can be produced using your selected combination of garment colour, manufacturer mark, ink and wear grade, some combinations may be treated as made to specification where applicable law allows. We will tell you clearly before purchase if a statutory withdrawal exception applies.

Do not send it blindly

Returns need instructions and a valid return address from us first. Unapproved returns can be lost or delayed.
