Production normally takes approximately 3–7 business days before dispatch. Delivery time begins after production and depends on destination and carrier.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery and final cost are shown at checkout. Tracking information is sent when available.

The customer is responsible for entering a complete delivery address and collecting the parcel. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel may be charged before reshipment.

For a parcel that appears lost or stalled, contact hello@kingpinball.com with the order number and tracking information.

Final carrier, customs, tax and market-specific details must be completed before commercial launch.
