Each KingPinball item is printed to order. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. Delivery time begins after production and varies by destination.

Shipping rates
Available shipping methods, prices, and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout for your delivery country.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order has been dispatched.

Split shipments
Products may be fulfilled from different facilities. If so, your order may arrive in more than one package at no extra shipping charge beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Delays or missing packages
Carrier delays can happen. If tracking has not updated for an unusual period or your package appears lost, contact hello@danne.com with your order number.
